For 1.3.x:

   o Remove PCSAT2 Support
   o Remove B Side Support Temporarily
   o Switch to arrays for A/B Side Select
   o Switch to arrays for telemetry window view (RAW/ENG/Other)
   o Add B Side Support Back In
   o Merge tlm, cmdbits, and last tlm receive date windows
      + "Last TLM Receive Date" merged into Raw TLM View
      + Note, code will still need to handle which timezone/fmt we want
        to display for the last time we received frame xx
   o RAFT Support
   o ANDE Support
