mmdf2mbox mailbox conversion script (Perl5)

Will take an MMDF format mailbox (individual messages seperated by a sequence of four control-A's) and convert it to the more common mbox format (individual message seperation based on 'From ' line).

Diffs for the unix ircII IRC client that fix 'irc' and 'wserv' so that "/window create" works on 4.4BSD-Lite based systems.
